nVisionX ’27 marks the second edition of the Annual Tech Summit organised by Elan & nVision at the Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad. Building on the inaugural edition, the summit brings together ideas, perspectives and innovations around technologies shaping the future.
This year’s theme
Sustainabilityand Impacts of AI
This year, the summit explores the theme “Sustainability and Impacts of AI”, examining how artificial intelligence can contribute to sustainable progress while considering its wider environmental, social and economic implications. Through discussions, competitions and exhibitions, nVisionX aims to encourage informed dialogue and meaningful exchange between academia, industry and emerging innovators.
Elan & nVision is one of South India’s major college festivals, bringing technology, innovation, culture and creativity together on a common platform. Now in its 18th edition, the three-day festival attracts over 50,000 students, creators and innovators from across the country.
2008Established
Established in 2008, the Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad is one of India’s leading institutions for technology, research and innovation. With an interdisciplinary ecosystem spanning engineering, science, design and emerging technologies, IITH provides a dynamic setting for conversations and collaborations around ideas shaping the future.

nVisionX ’27 invites participants to think critically, communicate original ideas and approach real-world challenges from fresh perspectives. Explore the competition formats and find the platform that best brings your creativity, research and problem-solving skills to the forefront.
Imagine, design and create with purpose.
The Design Challenge encourages participants to approach a defined problem with fresh perspectives, apply design thinking and develop thoughtful concepts that balance creativity with practical considerations.
Make your ideas visible.
Poster Presentations offer participants an opportunity to communicate research, concepts and innovative work through compelling visual storytelling. Present the key aspects of your work clearly and engage with an audience interested in new ideas.
Analyse the challenge. Build the case. Propose a way forward.
In the Case Study competition, participants examine a real-world situation, interpret the information available and develop a structured, evidence-informed solution.

Paper Presentations provide a platform to share research findings, technical work and original ideas, explain their significance and respond to questions from an engaged audience.
